Kylie

Hi my names Kylie, I've lived most of my life in whangarei and I'm a proud and busy mum of three beautiful kids. I enrolled my daughter here at Christopher-and Robin where she thoroughly enjoyed it. During 2015 I was invited into the christopher and robin whanau as a support staff. I have since left to welcome my third baby and have now returned with him in tow. During most of our weekends my older children play rugby, netball and both play league. I really enjoy working alongside children and watching their personalities flourish, I look forward to meeting you and getting to know your children

Debbie

Kia ora my name is Debbie Moriarty I am a second year student currently studying towards a Bachelor of Teaching in Early Childhood Education. I am married to Quentin and together we have three beautiful tamariki, Aliyah, Shaianne and Jayden. I believe that childhood is a vital stage of life for an individual therefore it needs to be nurtured beautifully and respectfully keeping in mind that each child is unique in their own way as they learn at their own pace and time. I also believe in creating a calm and peaceful environment, and allowing children to explore freely and letting them just be who they are.

I have a passion for The Arts and I love bringing creative ideas to the room for the children to enjoy. I am grateful to spend these precious years with the children watching them develop into fantastic young people. In my downtime I like to get out into nature, whether it would be a hike, swim at the beach or fishing and if I can I take my two enormous dogs. I strive to achieve my goals from design and building my own home, overseas travel and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Karen

Hi, I am Karyn. I gained my ECE Bachelor of Education qualification through Auckland University. Teaching young children has become my passion since my training. I am thoroughly enjoying my time here at Christopher and Robin and working alongside and learning off some of the best teachers in Northland. The children make it a fabulous learning environment as they teach me something new everyday and continue to amaze me with the skills they are developing and learning. I love my job and in all reality it is more than a job....like I said at the start....teaching is my passion....it drives me to keep learning and providing the best for all young people.
