FEES & FINANCIAL

For a copy of our latest Fees Schedule, please email  info@christopherandrobin.co.nz

Hours

  • Children are required to attend a minimum of three days per week for six hours.  This helps with the settling process, allowing children to integrate more easily.  It also makes developing relationships with staff and other children easier.

  • Six hour days are 9am – 3pm bookings, in rare cases we may allow bookings outside of this pending staff availability.

Booking Fee & Process

  • A non-refundable booking fee of $50 is payable when enrolling your child to secure their place at Christopher & Robin.  This fee covers administration set-up costs including your child’s portfolio costs and stationery costs.

  • We charge a yearly $10 fee to cover your child’s portfolio costs.

  • Two weeks must be paid in advance to secure your booking with us. You will receive your first invoice at your first scheduled visit.

Fee Payments

  • All fees are inclusive of GST.

  • Automatic payments through internet banking is our preferred method of payment.  Please include your child’s full name as the reference when paying by internet banking.

  • Fees are to be paid either weekly, fortnightly or monthly in advance.

  • Overdue fees will incur interest.  Failure to keep fees up to date may result in a child’s enrolment being forfeited and the debt being passed on to a debt collection agency, for which the parent will be responsible for any associated costs incurred.

Late Fee

  • Children who are picked up after their booked time will incur a late fee charge of $30.

Enrolment Withdrawal

  • Once a child is enrolled and confirmation of a start date is given, all booked sessions will be charged.  Any changes to bookings require at least two weeks’ prior notice.

  • We require two weeks’ notice of termination of booking otherwise two weeks’ fees will be charged.

WINZ Subsidies

  •  WINZ Childcare subsidies are available for assistance with your fees depending on the level of your family income – please ask us for more information if this is of interest to you. This subsidy is only part payment for fees and parents must meet the balance.  Full fees will be charged until the Centre receives the WINZ subsidy.

Holidays/Statutory Holidays/Absences

  •  The centre will be closed on all Statutory Holidays.  Children who have been enrolled with the centre for a minimum of six months are entitled to one week holiday per year at a discounted rate.   To qualify for the discount, the absence must be for a consecutive period of one week or more and at least two weeks’ notice must be given of the absence with all due fees up to date.

Dietary Requests

  • Requests such as special dietary requirements can be catered to, but may incur an additional charge.
